  • Participants must follow all rules and instructions provided for examinations.
  • Any form of cheating, malpractice, or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
  • The Assam Scholar reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel exams due to technical issues, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • All educational materials, including videos, study resources, and exam content, are the intellectual property of The Assam Scholar (under Edutechra Foundation).
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

📌 5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated for a specific program or event.
  • Any eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to theassamscholar@gmail.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
