At The Assam Scholar, we strive to provide high-quality educational services, online exams, and resources. We request all users to carefully read and understand our Refund and Cancellation Policy before making any payment.

📌 1. General Refund Policy

  • Once payment is successfully made towards registration, examination, or educational services, no automatic refunds shall be granted.

  • All fees are considered final unless otherwise specified under a special announcement or event.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are provided at the sole discretion of The Assam Scholar based on valid circumstances.

📌 2. Cancellation Policy

  • Registration once confirmed for an examination, event, or course cannot be canceled by the participant for any reason including personal, academic, technical, or other issues.

  • In case of any technical errors (like double payment or transaction failure), users must report the issue to theassamscholar@gmail.com within 48 hours for investigation.

📌 3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following situations:

  • Double or duplicate payment

  • Transaction failure with money debited

  • Event or examination cancellation initiated by The Assam Scholar

In such cases, users must provide valid proof (transaction ID, bank statement screenshot, etc.).

📌 4. Refund Process

  • Valid refund requests must be submitted via email to theassamscholar@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment date.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • Transaction charges, gateway fees, or bank deductions (if any) may be adjusted against the refunded amount.

📌 5. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Voluntary withdrawal from the exam/course

  • Failure to attend/participate

  • Misconduct or violation of exam rules

  • Dissatisfaction with the course or exam experience
