At The Assam Scholar, a flagship educational initiative of Edutechra Foundation, we strive to provide high-quality educational services, online examinations, and learning resources.

We request all users to carefully read and understand this Refund & Cancellation Policy before making any payment.

📌 1. General Refund Policy

  • Once a payment is successfully made towards registration, examinations, or educational services, no automatic refunds will be issued.
  • All fees are considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified under a specific program or announcement.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are granted at the sole discretion of The Assam Scholar (under Edutechra Foundation) based on valid circumstances.

📌 2. Cancellation Policy

  • Registration for any exam, course, or event, once confirmed, cannot be canceled by the participant for any reason (including personal, academic, or technical issues).
  • In case of technical issues such as duplicate payments or failed transactions, users must report the issue to theassamscholar@gmail.com within 48 hours for review.

📌 3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or double payment
  • Failed transaction where the amount is debited but service is not confirmed
  • Cancellation of an exam, event, or service initiated by The Assam Scholar

In such cases, users must provide valid proof (transaction ID, payment receipt, bank statement, etc.).

📌 4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to theassamscholar@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of payment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
  • Applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or bank deductions may be adjusted from the refund amount.

📌 5. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Voluntary withdrawal from any exam or course
  • Failure to attend or participate
  • Disqualification due to misconduct or violation of rules
  • Dissatisfaction with course content or exam experience
